The Canary Skirt is a voluminous and airy easy-pull-on skirt that has a smocked waistband with rows of channeled elastic and is finished with a delicate picot-edge ruffle. Intended to hit above the ankle, it is crafted from a sheer and flowy organza fabric with a soft hand while a delicate interior lining provides a little extra coverage.
